Vivian ' 'Betty Sharp

February 10, 1935 — February 19, 2004

Mrs. Vivian M. Betty Sharp, age 69 of Lewisburg, died Thursday evening in Maury Regional Hospital.

A native of the Scribners Mill Community of Maury Co, Mrs. Sharp was the daughter of the late Grady and Ada Haskins Osborne, and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Wilma Jean Sue Hopkins and Nancy Gidcomb; and one brother: James Edward Osborne.

She is survived by her husband: Briley Sharp, and a daughter: Deborah Smith, both of Lewisburg; 4 brothers: Raymond Osborne of Columbia, Grady Osborne Jr of Cornersville, Don Osborne of Lewisburg, and Anthony Osborne of Nashville; 3 sisters: Barbara Howard of Nashville, Doris White and Bobbie Bell both of Lewisburg; and two grandchildren: Selena Smith and Brandon Keith Smith.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:30 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with Bro. James Hickey officiating. Burial will follow in Short Cemetery in the Spring Place Community of Marshall Co.

The family will be at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home on Saturday from 4:00 8:00 PM for visitation, and Sunday until the funeral hour.

Bills McGaugh Funeral Home and the United States Forest Service have provided for the planting of a tree in Mrs. Sharp's memory.
