Steve Austin

In loving memory of Mark S. Austin, our dear friend, father, brother, and grandfather. Born on March 31, 1949, Steve passed away on October 30, 2024. A selfless soul who always put others first, Steve was known for his hardworking nature, independence, and love for spending time with family and friends.

Steve took pride in keeping his surroundings clean and tidy and thoroughly enjoyed visiting and sharing meals with his loved ones. He truly cherished these moments of togetherness and camaraderie.

Steve is preceded in death by his parents Buford and Ruby Austin, as well as his sisters Janice Marie Austin, Joyce Marion Austin, and Carldeen Jewel Austin. He leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth, surviving through his sons Tanner Austin (Kaitlen Austin) Luke Austin, and Kerry Richards, daughters Kim Austin (Daniel Pickle) and Kristin Warren (Zach Warren), brother Charles Loyd Austin, and sister Audrey Lavonda Austin. Steve’s spirit lives on in his grandchildren Libby Pickle,Blayze Warren, Blayne Warren, Blair Swayze, and Zach Richards, as well as his great-grandchildren Jagger Swayze and Eliza Swayze.

Please join us in celebrating Steve’s remarkable life at his visitation on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home.

Though he may be physically gone, his memory will forever remain in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear Steve.
