Selma McCool

Mrs. Selma Rutledge McCool, age 78, of Lewisburg passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at NHC Lewisburg.
A native of Marshall County she was the daughter of the late Allen Rutledge and Ela Mai Dockery. She was retired as a housekeeper for Lewisburg Community Hospital and was a member of the Church Street Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. McCool is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence McCool.
Survivors include one daughter, Kay David Reed of Chapel Hill, TN, one grandaughter, Teressa Freeman of Shelbyville, TN, three great grandchildren and numerous neices and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. McCool will be conducted on Monday, March 9, 2009 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home with burial in Head Springs Cemetery in the Belfast Community with Bill Tankersley officiating. Visitation with the family will begin on Sunday, March 8, 2009 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
