Sara Elizabeth( Beth) Hendrix Nicholson who died Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from Early Onset Alzheimer’s.  She had been a resident at Cloverland Place in Brentwood since November of 2022.

Beth was a graduate of Overton High School and Vanderbilt School of Nursing and Army R.O.T.C. and was an Army Lieutenant and Captain for four years at Fort Gordon.  She worked as a neo-natal intensive-care nurse for over 30 years in Augusta where she was quite proud to be a part of Saint Joseph’s and Trinity  Hospltals and their births of many babies! Though she may have been reserved in nature, those who knew Beth recognized her as a true spitfire, unafraid to speak her mind or stand up for what she believed in.

In honoring her memory, a graveside service to celebrate Beth’s remarkable life will be announced in the coming days. If you decide, contributions in Beth’s memory may be made to, Southminster Church 643 Harding Place, Nashville TN 37211 or Belfast Presbyterian Church High Street Belfast, TN 37019
