Robert William Buck Bishop

Robert William 'Buck' Bishop, died at his residence, surrounded by those who loved him most on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.

Buck was born in Lawrenceburg TN, on August 15, 1950. He was the son of the late Charles E. Bishop and Bobbie June Sisk. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pat and grandson, William Carson Posey. Buck was a veteran of the National Guard and a retired truck driver. Buck loved fishing and working in his shop, doing repair work. There were few days that one would pass by Buck's shop and not see a slew of folks watching him work on truck and tractors and hoping to learn a thing or two themselves. He will be greatly missed by his family and the Mooresville community.

Left to cherish his memory is his son: Dennis 'Bubba' Ray (Chanisty) Posey Jr. of Mooresville; Daughter: Karen E. Posey of Culleoka; Brothers: Dewey (Teddy) Bishop of Lawrenceburg and Danny Ray Bishop of Minor Hill; Sisters: Sharon Jean Allen (Terry Dale Allen, (deceased) of Alabama and Tina Roberts (John) of Lawrenceburg; Grandsons: Trenten Ray Posey, Michael Chanler, Dakota, and Wyatt Self.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 2:00 with Jimmy Flowers officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Brad Baker, Mike Ervin, Bobby Hanson, Jerad Osborne, Lewis Osborne and Larry Pigue.
