Mr. Neil Ellis White Jr. age 65 of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2009 at Marshall Medical Center.
A native of Houston, Texas, he was the son of the late Neil Ellis White Sr. and Effie Inez Green White. He was a retired Computer Operations Specialist with NASA, was currently employed at the Lewisburg Wal-Mart, and was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Mr. White is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann White of Lewisburg, one son, Pete Love of Murfreesboro, four sisters, Judy Tom Johnson of Wilmington, Illnois, Deborah White of Athens, GA, Carolyn White Davis of Pipe Creek, TX, Barbara Brian Strickland of Huntsville, Alabama, three grandsons, David, Daniel and Joseph Love all of Murfreesboro, two grand daughters, Laura and Jessica Harris of Murfreesboro, and one great grandson Josiah DeGeorge Love of Murfreesboro and one uncle John Fitzgerald Green of Vance, AL also survives.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. No visitation is scheduled before the service.
