Mr. Moses King, age 91 of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2007 at NHC Oakwood.
He was a native of Williamson County and the son of the late Sam King and Ophelia Tomlin King and the husband of the late Sadie Mae Isley King who died in 1993. He was predeceased by three brothers, twin Joe, F.C., and Willie Bob, three sisters Annie Black, Ellis Lynch, and Covie Sharp and one step-son Ira Savage.
He was retired from construction and attended Church of Jesus Christ on East Commerce St.
One son Charles, one sister Katie Sharp, and one brother Walter, all of Lewisburg, survive him. Five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive him.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 3rd with L. B. Brumley and Mary Ann Pruitt officiating. Burial will be in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and also on Wednesday after 9:00 a.m.
Pallbearers are Jerry King, Jimmy King, Jackie King, Ricky King, James King, and James Sharp.
