Mary Catherine Hayes

Mary Catherine "Granny" Hayes, age 79 passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017 in the NHC Lewisburg, Lewisburg, TN. Ms. Hayes was born in Williamson County, TN to the late Charles E. and Mary Jackson Deason. She was a retired employee of the Inter-City Products, Corp.
Mary Catherine was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband, George Hayes, a son, Michael K. Hood, and three brothers, Dan Deason, John Lee Deason, and Jim Deason. She is survived by a daughter, Vicki (Jeff) Dunnivant , five step-daughters, Carolyn, Jean, Connie, Gayle, Vivian Hayes, a brother, Terry (Donna) Deason, both of the Spring Place Community in Lewisburg, TN, a sister, Cheryl Crawford, of the Holts Corner Community, four grandchildren, Chris (Laurie) Osborne, of Verona in Lewisburg, TN, Chuck Dalton, Spring Place Community, Lewisburg, TN, Amber (Jamie) Barron, Virginia, Stephen Dunnivant, Spring Place Community, Lewisburg, TN, seven great-grandchildren, Allen Osborne, Ethan Osborne, Taylor Dalton, Trae Dalton, Kaelee Barron, Kaitlyn Barron, Karson Barron, and two great-great-grandchildren, Catherine Blake, Tilden Lane.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, September 22, 2017 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held immediately following the Visitation with Harold Foster officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are John Whitaker, Rob Whitaker, Leon Oliver, and Harvey Dunaway.
