Mark Travis Hammond, age 35 of Memphis, formerly of Lewisburg, died Wednesday morning at Methodist Hospital in Germantown, TN.
Mark was a native of Van Wert, Ohio, a graduate of the Marshall County High School Class of 1987, and a member of the Methodist church. He was employed with GM at Saturn, and loved the outdoors, fishing, and hunting.
He is survived by his parents: Gary & Carolyn Hammond of Memphis, son: Stratton Travis Hammond; and daughter: Cora Laken Hammond, both of the Wheel Community, and a sister: Mary Katherine Bratton of Columbia.
The family will visit with friends on Friday from 4:00 8:00 PM at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home.
Cryptside services and entombment will be Saturday at 11:00 AM in the Sunset Park Cemetery Mausoleum, officiated by Rev. Wayne Morgan.
