Mrs. Barton died Monday morning in the White Cliff Nursing Home in Greenville, PA.
She was born in Chapel Hill, TN on September 21, 1914 to Richard Watson and Emily McRory Brooks. She was a graduate of Forest High School in Chapel Hill, and Andrew Jackson Business College in Nashville, TN. She was the Executive Secretary at Heil-Quaker Corporation for 32 years, having retired in 1984. Mrs. Barton was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lewisburg.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Dr. J. Henry Donna Barton of Greenville, PA; a sister: Allean Trollinger of Lewisburg, TN; 3 grandchildren: Glenn Brooks Barton of Salt Lake City, UT, Hannah Margaret Hawn of Morganton, NC, and James Thomas Barton of Elmhurst IL; and 3 great-grandchildren, Peter James Barton, Henry Phillip Barton, and Clara Margaret Hawn.
She was preceded in death by her husband: James Thomas Barton in 1988.
