John King

John Robert King, age 65, passed away on Friday, April 26th, 2013 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. Mr. King was a native of Marshall County and a retired factory/laborer worker. He was the son of the late Bob (Robert) King and Lilly Grubs King and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Jane King and a son John Thomas King.
He is survived by two daughters Rebecca Kay King, Susie Marsh both of Lewisburg, one brother Bobby King of Shelbyville, TN, four sisters Betty Ann Gipson of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Linda Faye King Farmer of Culleoka, TN, Margie Vanderford of Columbia, TN and Dorothy King of Lewisburg. Ten grandchildren Rob Byrd, Dillon Davis, William Stinnett, Brian Jett, Jessica Byrd, Courtney King, Cody Byrd, Emily Marsh, Adrienne Marsh, Michael Marsh and nine great-grandchildren, also survive him.

Funeral services for Mr. King will be Monday, April 29th, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with burial in Round Hill Cemetery in Belfast, TN. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, April 28th, 2013 from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the funeral home and after 12 P.M. until the funeral hour on Monday.
