Jeremy Lee Wiser, age 16 of Lewisburg, died Tuesday from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Jeremy was a sophomore at Marshall County High School and a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. After school, he enjoyed playing hacky-sack and basketball with his friends. He had been seen in many productions of the Marshall County Community Theater, and is remembered as the comedian of his family. His free time was spent on his home computer, talking with his friends, and a passion for the Tennessee Titans.
He is survived by his mother and daddy: Cindy & Timmy Herrin; father and step-mother: Frank and Anita James; brother: Zack James; grandparents: Bobby & Faye Wiser, Billy & Marie James, and Cathy Becquet; great-grandparents: Virginia Wiser and Melvin Dalton; a great-great-grandmother: Sadie Dalton; and his uncle and friend: Randy Wiser, all of Lewisburg.
Funeral services for Jeremy will be conducted Saturday at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Whorley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 4:00 PM Friday in the Dottie Kelso Gymnasium at Marshall County High School.
