Jeffrey Cheeves

Mr. Jeffrey Lee Cheeves, age 48 passed away Monday, March 08, 2010 in Manchester, TN from injuries in an automobile accident. A native of Marshall County, Mr. Cheeves was the son of Roy and Carlene Morton Cheeves of Lewisburg. He was employed by HeathCo Corporation and a member of Bethbirei Presbyterian Church. He was an avid University of Tennessee fan and coached youth baseball in Lewisburg.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother Jimmy Brenda Cheeves and one sister Patsy Dale Bowling both of Lewisburg. One niece Brooke Borne, two nephews Andy Bowling and Trent Cheeves all of Lewisburg, five great-nieces and one great-nephew and special children Matthew Yowell, Jay Jay Parker and Austin Parker all survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Cheeves will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Claude McMillion officiating with burial in Hopper Cemetery in the Laws Hill community of Marshall County. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday after 12 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Bethbirei Presbyterian Church.
