James Howard Jackson, age 75 of Lewisburg, passed away on Friday, June 10th, 2011 at his residence. A native of Giles County, he was the son of the late Jessie Jackson and Sylvia Smith Jackson. He was retired from Walker Die Casting and associated with Jehovah Witness. In addition to his parents, a sister Irene Jackson preceded him in death.
He is survived by a grandson Chris Richards of Lewisburg, his wife Audrey Swain Jackson, three daughters Kathi (Tom) Taylor, Joni McAnally, Sandy Cook and one son Danny (Lisa) Cook all of Lewisburg. One brother Paul (Betty) Jackson and one sister Helen Holly, both of Lewisburg, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, also survive him.
Funeral services for Mr. Jackson will be Monday, June 13th, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with John Mueller officiating with burial in Sunset Park Mausoleum. Visitation with the family will be Sunday June 12th from 4:00 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the funeral home and two hours prior to the funeral service on Monday.
