Ms. Frances Burkett Cordum, age 65, a resident of Marshall County, TN, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia TN.
She was a native of Huntsville, Alabama, the daughter of
Awdey Burkett and Agnes Owens. She was a retired purchasing assistant at Superior Essex in Franklin ,TN
She is survived by one daughter Kimberly Dawn Marks, a brother, Kenneth Burkett of Jasper, AL , a sister Marlene Burkett Evans of Lizella , GA one uncle Clarence Owens of Huntsville , AL. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Also surviving are many beloved pets and caring and loving friends.
Graveside services for Ms. Cordum will be held Saturday February 9, 2008 at Mars Hill Cemetery near Lynnville, with Tom Sumners officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 8, 2008 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and from 11:00 am until the funeral hour on Saturday.
