Mrs. Jane M. Walker
Mrs. Elba Jane McCord Walker, 82, widow of James Moore Walker and formerly of Holly Grove Road in Lewisburg, died Thursday December 14, 2006 at her residence on Oak Valley Drive in Spring Hill.
Funeral services for Mrs. Walker will be conducted Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 10:00 AM at Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Chris Bates officiating. Burial will be in the Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM and Tuesday until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was daughter of the late Horace Cleveland and Willie Mae Overton McCord. Mrs. Walker was a homemaker.
She is survived by four daughters Brenda Kay Williamson of Georgia, Sherrie Ann Bates of Spring Hill, TN, Shirley Jean Hibbits of Abington, VA, and Mary Jane McDonald of Lakeland, TN; two sisters Lorene Allen of Columbia, TN and Rebecca Parks of Michigan; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers Ralph McCord and Phelps McCord.
Pallbearers will be Ed Hibbits, Kevin McDonald, Darrell Perritt, Logan Hibbits and Chris Bates.
