Mr. Donald Leroy Bullock, age 86, of 1620 Spring Place Road Lewisburg passed away Friday afternoon, March 18, 2011 at Marshall Medical Center. He was a native of Grey Hawk, KY and the son of late Crit Bullock and Bertie Sandlin Bullock. He was retired from Burner Systems of Lewisburg in maintenance, member of the 1st Assembly of God and a veteran of WWII serving in the Army Air Corp.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased in death by his first wife Cleta Bullock in 1992, two brothers Robert and Paul Bullock and one sister Phyllis Bohrer.
His second wife Carolyn Edmondson Bullock of Lewisburg, three sons William Donald Bullock of Columbia, Anthony Ray Bullock of Lewisburg, Jerry Ray Corbin, Jr. of Garden City GA and two daughters Terry Corbin of Nashville, TN, Norma Haig of Tarpon Springs, FL also survive him. Also surviving are three grandsons Brandon Bullock of Louisville, KY, Christopher Bullock of Athens, AL, Phil McCorkle Jr. of Petersburg, TN, five granddaughters Janice Curtis of Petersburg, TN, Dara Edwards of Cornersville, TN, Jana Legere of Columbus, GA, Laura Boswell of Brandon, FL and Andrea Laird of Biloxi, MS. and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Bullock will be Monday, March 21, 2011 at 1 P.M. from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home with Don McCullough officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Park Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Sunday, March 20, 2011 from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
