Born on May 21, 1962 in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of the late W.B. Cook and the late Audrey Swain. She was a longtime waitress, and enjoyed being on the computer.
Survivors include her siblings, Kathi (Tom) Taylor of Jasper, GA, Joni McAnally of Lewisburg, and Danny Cook of Lewisburg.
