Charles Junior Presley

Charles Junior Presley passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 78. Born on December 9, 1945, in Shelbyville to Earskin and Elizabeth Schlitz Presley.

Visitation for Charles will be December 27, 2023, at the chapel of Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with the funeral service at 1:00 PM.  A burial will follow at Wheel Cemetery. The pallbearers are Marcus Brown, Justin Brown, Kareem Mozeb, Kenneth Lynch, Christopher Howell and Waylon Lynch.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Delorse Presley. He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Brown of Portage County, OH, Sherri Presley (Kenneth Lynch) of Marshall County, TN, Sheila (Katie) Presley of Macomb, MI, and Crystal Presley of Bedford County, TN; brothers William (Christine) Presley of Macomb, MI and Earl Presley of Bedford County, TN; grandchildren, Jordan, Faith, McKinley, Kayla, Josh, Randy, Marcus, Justin, Shania, Kareem, Aminah, Blake, Amber, and Chasity; several great grandchildren; aunt, Denzel Springer; and cousin, Charlene Springer.

Charles was an outdoorsman. He was often found with a fishing rod or hunting rifle in hand, chasing his passion for the great outdoors. 

He had a unique personality that showed his love for his children and grandchildren. Charles's family held a special place in his heart, and he was always ready to show them the wonders of the world.

One of Charles's most admirable traits was his selfless nature to help others. He had a heart of gold, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Whether it was a friend, neighbor, or stranger, Charles possessed a want to help others that touched the lives of many. 

As we come together to bid farewell to Charles Junior Presley, we remember the cherished memories he leaves behind. His adventures in the outdoors, his love for his family, and his will to assist anyone in need will forever be engraved in our hearts.
