Obituary Notice of Carolyn Hammond
Carolyn Frazier Hammond, age 71 passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Leesburg Health and Rehab Center in Wildwood, Florida after an extended illness.
Mrs. Hammond was born on May 15, 1944 in Middlesboro, Ky. to the late Gilbert and Della Sparks Frazier who precede her in death along with her son, Mark Travis Hammond. On March 15, 1963 she married her devoted husband, Gary Dean Hammond who survives. Mary Rodriguez, her daughter along with grandchildren Grey Carroll, Brianna and Mathen Bratton, Laken and Stratton Hammond also survive.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Park Cemetery and Mausoleum. There will be no visitation prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Morrison United Methodist Church, 1005 West Main Street, Leesburg, Florida 34748 352-787-3786, her last place of employment.
