CAROLINE HOPKINS HILL
Mrs. Caroline Hopkins Hill, age 66 passed away at her residence 1466 Mooresville Road on Friday, January 01, 2010. A native of Davidson County, Mrs. Hill was the daughter of the late Robert Preston Hopkins, Jr. and Ann Wagnon Hopkins. A sister Marcie Ann Hopkins Walls also preceded her in death.
She was involved in social work with the Impact Center and Mental Retardation Services and a member of the Lewisburg First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Hill is survived by her husband of forty-six years Thomas Hill, one daughter Sherill Gallagher both of Mooresville Road and one son Andrew Thomas Hill of Atlanta, GA. Also surviving is one brother Robert Preston Hopkins III of Lewisburg and five grandchildren.
The funeral service for Mrs. Hill will be Monday, January 4th, 2010 at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, January 3rd, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
