Bennie ' 'Jackie Sheppard

Mr. Bennie Jackie Sheppard, age 73, of Lewisburg died Monday, March 10,2008 at NCH Merihil.
A native of Marshall county he was the son of the late Robert Alexander Sheppard and Sally Perry. He was retired from Sanford Corporation and was a member of the Farmington United Methodist Church.
Mr Sheppard was preceded in death by his parents; Robert and Sally Sheppard, three brothers John Henry Sheppard, James Sheppard, Harry Sheppard and Charlie Sheppard. Three sisters; Mildred Dean, Marie Ramsey, and Martha Irvin.
He is survived by his wife Janice Ragsdale Sheppard of Lewisburg, two sons; Benny R. Jamie Sheppard of Lewisburg, Brian Kim Sheppard of Shelbyville, one step son Donnie Brenda Hancock Jr. of Shelbyville. Thirteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday March 13,2008 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Park with Reverend Joe Hudson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM .
