Anita Coffey

Anita Marie Coffey, age 80 of Portage, IN passed away Friday, January 21, 2011. Mrs. Coffey was the daughter of the late Malvin Redd and Susan LaCouix Redd. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Lawrence Coffey, Sr. who died in 1996 and one sister Shirley Lumpkins.

One son Gerald Coffey, Jr. of Baltimore, MD and one daughter Stephanie Stanford of Portage, IN survives her. Also surviving are five grandchildren Jennifer McFeaters of Baltimore, MD., Jason Coffey of Ellicott City, MD., Jacob Cunningham, Lindsey Stanford, and David Stanford, Jr., all of Portage, IN. Great-grandchildren include Miranda McFeaters, Abigail McFeaters of Portage, IN., Jackson McFeaters of Baltimore, MD., and Andrew Coffey of Ellicott City, MD.
Graveside services for Mrs. Coffey will be 12:00 Noon on Monday, January 24, 2011 at Lone Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be two hours prior to the graveside service at Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home.
