Amada Marin, age 43 of Lewisburg, died Wednesday morning at her residence.
A native of Oclatepec, Mexico, Amada was the daughter of Santiago Estrada and Genoveva Martinez, and the former owner of Cindys Mexican Grocery in Lewisburg.
In addition to her parents in Mexico, she is survived by 5 children: Marisol Rufino of Elgin, IL, Veronica Santaolaya, Marcos Mojica, Cindy Martinez, and Jessica Marin, all of Lewisburg; 1 brother: Vanancio Estrada; 5 sisters: Valentina Estrada of Los Angeles, CA, Jesusa Estrada of Oclatepec, Mexico, Guadalupe Mendoza of Los Angeles, CA, Miguela Estrada of Sarasota, FL, and Lidia Estrada of Oclatepec, Mexico. 6 grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Bills McGaugh Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Park Cemetery.
The family will be at Bills McGaugh Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour Friday for visitation.
Bills McGaugh Funeral Home and the United States Forest Service have provided for the planting of a tree in Amada's memory.
